ANNOUNCEMENT FROM VOTER MARCH:

VOTER RIGHTS MARCH (Saturday, May 19, 2001)

On Saturday, May 19, 2001, Voter March (www.VoterMarch.org) will sponsor the Voter Rights March at Lafayette Park and the Mall in Washington, DC from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm to protest our outrage over the fraud and disenfranchisement of voters in the latest Presidential election, to call for critically-needed voting and electoral reforms, and to protest the illegitimate President’s right wing agenda to turn back gains in the environment, a woman’s right to choose, and the separation of church and state.

Voter March will be having a general meeting on Saturday, March 3, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at:

We will be discussing the Voter Rights March in Wash DC scheduled for May 19, and the protest concert in New York City in August.
